strange substitution for quotation marks

... I tried to post the title of a piece called "The singing Box" in the subject of a post.

and the computer would put the first set of quotation marks in .. but substituted the latter set, after the title with .. &quo

?? anybody else having substitution difficulties ?

I just tried under Press and TV and it is fine. I will replace it when I get some news...
