Try this link, and follow these instructions:
http://www.vh1.com/vspot/player.jhtml?& ... om=/vspot/
Scroll down to the picture of Rod Stewart on the right of the screen. Click on that, then when the videos come up, fastforward until you hear some Andrew Lloyd Weber music, and before you know it, there'll be Andrea. Sorry if you have to copy and past the link. I didn't know how to make it clickable.

They've changed the pictures already--it was right up at the top--you'll have to scroll down for the Rod Stewart pic. But if you click on any of the pics from the Diana concert, then click on the arrow under the screen, eventually it will come up. It may take a lot of clicks--but it's definitely worth it! Andrea was wonderful!

I was so disappointed too - here in Canada CTV had a 2 hour show of the concert highlights - no ANDREA - I hope that Andrea's performance is on Youtube since I did not record it, at least I've seen and heard this song by Andrea once - I am so sorry for any fans who missed it entirely. Next up is the concert in Lajatico with a DVD to follow WOW I can't wait :)

purtroppo anche io mi sono persa la performance di Andrea al Concerto per Diana, ma ho trovato il video dell'esibizione su internet:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBmG1yZweLQ
spero che possa esservi utile.....
Comunque Andrea ha cantato benissimo, come sempre, anche se mi è sembrato un po' stanco.....

Thankyou so much Marti for the link. I missed listening live to his performance - dropped in and out of the concert hoping that I might time it right and inevitably timed it wrong.
I can still feel the shivers - dare I say twas like being made love to.
Tahnks Annacelli for the photo - nice to have you back and hope you are keeping well

Gill and Michelle are you both composing your concert reports - want to know all about it, send me an email if you have the time, it sounds like everyone had a great time. My two favourite singers together, Dame Kiri and Andrea, did they sound as good as I imagine?

I dont think that NBC really has a taste for Opera because tthey didnt show any of the Operaz performances. That is their own loss because they sang some amazing music.

On June 20, Michele had predicted this song... :)

"Canto alla vita alla sua bellezza ad ogni sua ferita ogni sua carezza..."

"I sing to life, to its beauty, to each of its wounds and each of its caresses..."

Thanks, Carolina, I didn't have any touble finding him.

He's so wonderful - I've heard that song before, but have never paid any attention to the words - I did now and I'm with you, Patricia, I may need to have a cigarette (if I smoked, that is). His smile at the end was so nice and his english was better than ever.

What a man!

Thanks Francesca for the link, it worked perfectly. Thought I missed this one. It has been sometime since visiting this site. Oh!, Andrea is still ever so handsome. Perfect song, Music of the Night.

Michelle, did you give this idea to Andrea?

Andrea singing at the Diana concert!

Postby Janetto on Fri 06 Jul, 2007 2:58 pm

Andrea was absolutely fantastic on sunday at wembley. It would be a good idea for him to record the soundtrack of Phantom of the Opera just for us. Does anyone know if Andrea is participating in the Live Earth concert at wembley on Saturday 7th July?

I don't think so.....you can't expect him to be everywhere.
He's already travelling a lot.
I wouldn't want to stand in his shoes.
So glad he was at the Diana concert where he sang so well!

I agree - NBC is its usual idot self. I knew they had NO INTEGRITY as a news organization, now I know they have NO TASTE in evaluating music either. I wonder who the idot was to leave Andrea out of the highlights. I couldn't believe it.
