Renate Thank you for the news. Does Andrea post a schedule of his performances by the month or year, is there anyway to know what he is working on now? Long question how can he perform operas and tours at the same time? Does he take months off for vacations and would it be announced on website like concerts? I just got my CD's "Tosca" and "Werther", it appeared that he was touring and performing operas at the same time, seems impossible to do. Am excited about the operas and miss forums discussing his classical performances, I would love to see both live, will he perform the same opera more than once? I love Andreas pop music however I was drawn to his classical performances and have developed a great interests, I read the American books on opera however, it would be great to know how Andrea decides what operas he will perform and what is considered more, his ability to sing the score or the character he plays. Could you ask him to write something about techniques of classical performance, does popular music improve his voice or not, what is his favorite opera, etc. Always asking for miracles. I am very happy about his decision to perform in Vienna>
I never understood why he did not work more in countries such as Germany or in Vienna or in Prague ,because there is really the heart of the classical music-together with Italy of course.
So this is very good news for me!

Così giovedì sono andata a Vienna ad acquistare il biglietto per il concerto, che si terrà il 24. settembre.
Il teatro dell'opera Staatsoper di Vienna e una posto meraviglioso, adatto ad ospitare un artista di sua altezza.Vorrei sapere soltanto, quale canzoni ci saranno presentate visto che si parla soltanto di accompagnarle con un pianoforte a coda?

C'est évidemment plus facile à remplir qu'une salle de 17.000 places.....
