I think this will be America as that is where Steven is based.

I know Sam, and I have had the pleausure of seeing him in Florence :) but I don't think Andrea does Italian tours. It is most likely that it is an American tour, don't you think ?
I may of course be completely wrong....has been known !

Sorry, here in French, courtsey of Babelfish....

I do not understand what you are saying, Francesca, but I posted this on BocelliLand recently.
Steven Mercurio will be conducting Andrea Bocelli Concerts in the USA May 23 to June 10 according to Steven's Official Site. \:D/

Could be that someone else will be conducting the orchestra... Let's wait for the 'official' announcement of 'cancellation', although, as far as I remember, there was not an 'official' announcement of the tour either... We were just 'assuming' that there will be the 'usual' tour... :-k #-o

It was a Steven Mercurio's schedule. As far as I know, Steven Mercurio, one of my favorite guys in this planet, is not/never was the 'official' director of the orchestra(s) accompanying Andrea in his tours. IF, there is going to be 'A Tour', maybe the dates have been changed and Steven is not available... who knows, there could be many other reasons... In the meantime, let's keep enjoying all our Bocelli videos and CDs (including the 'already seen videos' I come across with).

Cheer up! Che sera, sera! :)

Yakima , do you mean the Boheme as in the CD he released ?
In which case , no, but he did appear in Boheme in 1998 in Cagliari in Sardinia and there is a DVD of that, availe from House of Opera, here:

http://store.operapassion.com/dvd363.html

It is quite poor visual quality, but the sound is not bad.

Well worth having Yakima!
'How is the greatest tenor in the world?' asked McCormack.
'When did you become a baritone?' replied Caruso.
