The Nov 30 Concert at MSG

Dear Andrea....I was thrilled to have the opportunity to see you in person for the first time. It was also my birthday which made it especially special to see the man and artist I admire so much. For some reason I had thought it was to be a 'jeans' event but when it turned out to be a 'tuxedo' event that was just fine, too. The audience was so enthusiastic they often didn't wait until the end of a piece to start applauding. I really came to understand how much Americans love Andrea Bocelli. As an artist you get better and better and as a person you set an example with your courage and humanity. One thing, though.....the sound at this concert was not as good as it should have been. The microphones were too loud and screachy which spoiled my appreciation of your beautiful voice and those of your guests. Even at MSG your sound engineer should be able to do better..........With great love and admiration, Harriett.
