Luciano ha fortemente voluto e sostenuto questo progetto, da uomo estremamente sensibile e generoso, quale è sempre stato. Sono certa che l’inaugurazione di oggi, nel giorno del suo compleanno, rappresenta per lui il regalo più bello, il dono più prezioso. Grazie a tutti".

Thank you! I did not know when his birthday is. I wasn't a great fan but I mourn for him as he was the greatest singer and person ever.

Google rende omaggio oggi a Luciano Pavarotti dedicandogli il logo del suo portale, nel giorno in cui il tenore avrebbe compiuto 72 anni.
Nel disegno che raffigura Pavarotti al posto della "L" di Google, si vede il tenore che regge nella mano il suo inseparabile foulard bianco, mentre intona delle note, anche queste raffigurate.
Cliccando sul logo di GOOGLE , si accede a un elenco di voci dedicate al tenore superstar, che si è spento lo scorso 6 settembre nella sua città, Modena, con una grande eco in tutto il mondo, non solo della lirica.
Google rende omaggio Pavarotti...
