Stavo ascoltando il Tg 5 e ho sentito la notizia: Luciano Pavarotti è stato nuovamente ricoverato in ospedale e le sue condizioni sarebbero gravissime.

Continuerò a ricordare il Maestro e la sua famiglia nelle mie preghiere!

ROME -- Luciano Pavarotti, who has pancreatic cancer, was in "very serious" condition, the Italian news agency AGI reported Wednesday.
The 71-year-old was at home in Modena being cared for by doctors from the local hospital, where he underwent two weeks of tests and treatment in August, the news agency said, without citing any sources.

Le condizioni di salute del tenore Luciano Pavarotti, convalescente nella sua casa a Modena dopo un recente ricovero in ospedale, si sono aggravate, riferisce l'emittente televisiva modenese Antenna Uno, anche se dall'entourage e dall'équipe medica del maestro non giungono conferme alla notizia.
Le condizioni di salute di Pavarotti sono "molto serie", secondo quanto ha detto il direttore dell'emittente modenese, Giovanni Mazzoni, senza citare fonti.

The announcement of a special Italian government prize for Luciano Pavarotti is the clearest sign to date that the ailing opera legend is indeed fighting for his life. Diagnosed last year with pancreatic cancer, Pavarotti, 71, spent much of August in the hospital in his hometown of Modena, and rumors about his condition -- both dire diagnoses and reports of miraculous recoveries -- have swirled all summer in the Italian gossip press. But when Italy's Culture Minister Francesco Rutelli on Tuesday said that Pavarotti would be awarded the first-ever "Excellence in Italian Culture" prize, he spoke solemnly of the bearded tenor's "battle for life."
