The December magazine arrived this morning and on page 10 there is an advert for the January one ---------

BOCELLI
The popular tenor talks about life, music and following in the footsteps of Pavorotti.

So that is something to look forward to.

Above it is a nice letter suggesting that Andrea was following Pavorotti some time ago.

we do not even have November, you got the December magazine already, and there is a preview for next year January
...
Time goes by.

I think I get my copy of the magazine a few days before it is available in the shops because I subscibe and it comes by post.

Yes, you do get it earlier, when you subscribe.

I cannot believe I didn't see that bit you mentioned, Fipi! I read the letter about Rodriquez and somehow never saw the Bocelli announcement right next to it. It was big enough too. :oops:

My copy has just arrived too, and like you Carolina I nearly missed the announcement, I was too busy reading the letter about him being the new Pavorotti.

And what a gorgeous photo! He's wearing a dress shirt, no jacket or tie, the cuffs are undone and so is the neck - he almost looks as if he's und - er, und.. um, I mean, he looks as if he might be taking his shirt - umm, er - taking off his shir .........um, taking -

no, it's no good - you'll have to see for yourselves -

I need to find my tablets !!! =P~

Well, I guess way down south where I live we are waaay behind the times

I picked up the November issue tonight (it just arrived today). But I bought it anyway because it has a nice article on Pavarotti. So, the article on Andrea is in the December or January issue? I'm sooo confused! Either way, I have a long wait.

Lynanne, the one we are talking about now is the DECEMBER issue.
There is a nice photo and an announcement that Andrea will be talking about " life, music and following in the footsteps of Pavarotti", which will be in the JANUARY issue, which is on sale here in the UK on the 4th December.

OK, think have it straight now! I was in the town where my daughter lives yesterday, and got the October issue too. I really like this magazine. I'm one of those people who never listened to classical music until I fell in love with Andrea's voice. There are a lot of informative articles in Classicfm.
Our "December" issue won't be here until December! Guess we get them later because they are published in the UK. Anyhow, thanks for "unconfusing" me, Carolina. I'm going to get December and January now.
