To Mickie...

My friend, always kind and present
In days that do come...
for sure, we all will miss you...
because you....
wrote to me....
more than once...
when our Renate was not there.
An answer I always had
and also a kindness...
We, the fans worlwide
owe you...
things with value...
things that one does...
not by doing...
but out of love...
out of the essence of oneself

To Mickie... you are not gone.
No.
You live in each one of us,
each one that goes
to http://www.bocelli.de
we have something from you
and so...
the passing of you to another
dimension of life...
for sure... is also life...
but present...you are
and always will be.

Dedicated to my friend Mickie.
Thank you Andrea Bocelli for the beauty of the ones that do walk with you.
I believe in a better world... in integrity and verticallity... I believe, that Andrea Bocelli music, will make a better world for many.... that only need a smile at the end of the day.

Cami, that was absolutely beautiful! I’m typing with blurred vision and a lump in my throat that I can’t seem to swallow. Thank you so very much for opening your heart and sharing the celebration of Mickie’s life and your memories with us and for a little insight into the real Mickie Morgan. And for Jack’s pictures of the memorial service. Sì, sì,sì, sogni d’oro, Meeeekeee, Sempre e sempre.

Whenever I was at my wits' end and couldn't find what I needed,I emailed
Mickie. If I was frustrated,I emailed Mickie. She always guided me in the
way I needed to go,always patient, always kind.To me she was a sweet giving spirit.I bless the day I found Bo.de and Mickie.Renate, you were like an alter ego when Mickie was not at hand, and I can only try to imagne how you miss her presence.I send my sympathies to you and to Mickie's family and friends. She loved the sweetest sounds on earth. I
pray she now has the sweetest sounds in Heaven.
And now abides faith, hope, love, these three;but the greatest of these IS love.......

I was sitting under the splendid Tuscan sun watching the marvelous blue Tyrrenian Sea.

Mickie, though it may be hard to imagine any place more beautiful than this one under the Tuscan skies,

I do not know Mickie very well as I have only been a member of this forum but I am learning very much about her through reading these messages....

As I read Renate's message the words from an Andrea Bocelli song rang in my ears...

E nessuno puo piu cancellare
E mai piu dimenticare adesso
Corri verso il mare
Sentirai cantare
Questa musica dolce che non morira mai
E ancora...la tua forza e il mare...libero senza catene...

I hope, Renate, you can find comfort in the words and music of Andrea... and I hope your friend rests in peace...
The voice which kindles my soul

Thank you Raindrop, you're kind of a seer.

... actually it was about 5 miles from the Forte in Livorno, the place where they made the "Mascagni" video , when I got the sad news.

I only wanted to add, if someone comes here who has not had a chance to read about Mickie's memorial service but would like to - even though bo.de is down for the moment, I just checked and it seems that particular page can still be accessed (minus the pix) by clicking on the link Renate provided above.

To remember Mickie Morgan,
is too think...
that each one of us, do have a road
and that road... we have to walk...
but there are ways and forms
of walking the same road.

This little poem, is dedicated to
Mickie Morgan...
not only a Lady, a friend, but
a Lady, that made more than possible
to be possible...
to share with us....
our Andrea Bocelli...

And, if Mickie Morgan, is no longer here,
she is here with us...
because our Renate ... did post on
... on our Fan Site... the only one...
a tribute to her...

And those words there...
are as beautiful, as of any member
any fan of Andrea,
that do leave behind... to a great Lady
something of each of us.

Let's go the road ...
to Heaven Mickie,
as you did more in mother earth
than many of us...
and also, you did not neglect
me and many....

So, we share this board...
each one, in our way...
and say... we love you...
we care for you...
you are and will be always
part of our
so beloved...
http://www.bocelli.de... and
http://www.Andreabocelli.com/

If we come here... is to leave
from each one of us...
a little to Andrea, and to all
that once, made part of us...
as you did...

Thank you Mickie,
that are persons that are
eternal,
as you...
and Andrea Bocelli.
I believe in a better world... in integrity and verticallity... I believe, that Andrea Bocelli music, will make a better world for many.... that only need a smile at the end of the day.

It is such fun to revisit good times via bo.de Renate. Mickie looks so vibrant in these. What a gal! Thankyou for helping us 'over the bumps' by posting these personal but good times photos.

It was great fun looking at these pictures. Thank you so much for posting them. I saw Mickie mostly in passing at some of those, but she's a presence that will be forever missed. And I'm guessing that Jack took most of them, since Cami is there, and no sign of her ever-present, wonderful husband!!

Wonderful photo memories of Mickie and friends traveling all over the world for Andrea. She is really such an icon and sometimes I am in awe of her. I will miss her (even tho I never met her).

Thank You for sharing the memories!

Today February 26th is Mickie's birthday.

We will think of you, Mickie!
We will think of you, when Andrea sings
"Because we believe" tonight at the Olympics closing ceremony
- he will sing it for you too.

I miss you Mickie, and think of you often.

One of my sons died in January, so this is doubly hard for me.

I have no doubt that Mickie is being celebrated in great style in that very special place where she is and that she knows we miss her and talk about her often. I can picture her smiling at us while listening to "Because We Believe", a song not only written by her favorite Tenor, but also a song that clearly represents her in many ways.

Here's a toast to the wonderful woman Mickie was here on earth!

Mickie, I KNOW that you remember me telling you about all my childhood crushes on Italian tenors.....and now Andrea is singing "It's Impossible"! You must be smiling for me. I miss you terribly. I wish you were here.

Love always,

I've been thinking of Mickie a lot lately--she comes to mind when I hear Andrea sing "It's Impossible." I am reminded of life's many possibilities--so many things that seem impossible somehow come to be. She always had a positive thought--a great source of inspiration.

Someone mentioned to me that she loved the Olympics and of course we know that she loved Italy--and Andrea! And all of this on her birthday! So it seems a very appropriate time to keep her in heart and mind.
